Visited this memorial on a very wet n miserable day and yet it seemed very fitting that it should have been this way! It was just amazing,

This unique memorial is a must visit. Go at night when the "troops" are spotlighted. Very inspiring.

“Meaningful”

I love the way the memorial is set up; the reflection of the soldiers against the granite. Emotional.

“Very Touching”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

This is one of the most chilling memorials as they have life size service members shattered in an area. You could feel the fear and imagine what it would be like to be at war. It broke my heart. It is a must see if you are in DC.
