“Fantastic place.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

Too large to see in 1 visit . Free! Staff was great. Cafeteria food was dry and could have been part of an exhibit.

“Inconsistent message”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

The first lady is preaching nutrition but there is nowhere in the Smithsonian (at least not that the staff knew about) where I could eat my nutritious packed lunch. If i wanted to eat in comfort (out of the cold) my alternatives were either Macdonalds or big bucks. For a national treasure I was shocked. Is this about say one thing and do another?

My wife and I enjoyed the Smithsonian so much, we actually went back a second time on our trip to make sure we didn't miss anything the first time.

“National Treasure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Science, ART, flight, history or trival pursuits, the Smithsonian Institution is a National treasure. If you haven't been there its a must see. The collection has something for everyone, from state treasures to donations from private individuals - we wondered for hours and enjoyed every moment.
