No charge/ do not be confused by website as we were. Ticketmaster sells "tickets", but this is really a charge for "guaranteed admission" should there be a high volume of visitors, it will make sure you get in. As it is a working theater, times to tour may vary pending events. Ticketmaster charges $10.00 per person plus additional fees for their "services" for using them.Headset included one would hope, but not sure. We almost did this, but the time lapsed and expired our c/c processing thank goodness.
We took a chance the next day, as they were scheduled to close early for an event, got in w/o very large line and for free.
They do have a headset for $5.00 and worth every penny as they give you a lot of information as you go through the museum and the Stuart Boarding House across the street where the President died.Access to view the box where shot as well.
Great artifacts, even Lincoln's suit he was wearing his fatal night.A lot of artifacts of Booth's as well. The book tower is huge containing all the books written about Lincoln and the events that so tragically took him.Great to understand and get a good perspective about the popularity of the man.
Allow about 4 hours and you will be good.
Very heart warming as well as heart wrenching.Worth the visit.
