“Lincoln Memorial”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Very historic place. Must see attraction of monuments in the DC area. Have visited the monument several times, each time I go to DC. Last time walked from the White House to the Smithsonian to the National Mall. Was able to visit all the monuments along the way. Very interesting.

“A must see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Lincoln deserves this significant and impressive monument, our nation was lucky to have him. We read his Gettysburg Address and second inguinal address which are inscribed on walls to the left and right of Lincoln. See if you can find the F that was originally carved as an E.

A truly iconic part of the city, the memorial is huge and a must visit. We visited on a sunny day and it's a fascinating area to spend a few hours.

“Historical place to visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

Very interesting and spectacular view from all side while walking to the memorial, it is a historical figure that must be seen while visiting DC. Don't miss it and if you have kids they will love it.

This is well worth a visit and when you stand on top of the steps and look towards the Washington Memorial you will realise why so many people visit this site. A must see attraction.
