“Surprisingly Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2014

The omelette's were very good, not greasy. The wheat toast was delicious but unfortunately the butter was hard as a rock. The coffee was outstanding and the owner was very friendly. I wish they didn't serve their food on paper plates & plastic utensils, but overall we liked the place, and it has a great atmosphere.

“Chicken salad”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2014

Try their chicken salad. It is great! And what a nice place to sit with your iPad and have a latte or chai. And they were open when the government closed everything because of bad weather.

“Really good urban non-chain coffee house”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

Spent an easy few hours here. Space, electrical outlets, soft classical music. Seem to have a wide variety of teas (I don't drink tea so can't provide more detail). Large and good coffee, small kitchen staples (soup, paninis, etc.) Free Wi-Fi if you buy something.

The best part is Sami, the owner. He seems to like running a coffee shop, after having worked in fine dining in the past. He greets regulars like friends and newcomers as regulars. The warning signs seem to be just for discouragement. I watched him enforce none (e.g. offering the bathroom key before the customer had ordered anything). Another example; a kid, about ten, came in to ask for the WiFi access code for his mother, who was outside in a car. The kid then came back in and sat at a table playing on his smartphone, not ordering anything, and Sami watched to make sure the kid was OK, that no one bothered him, even as he did not approve of the mother's parenting.
