We have been to many museums throughout the United States and the world over the past decades. This Newseum Museum is one of the best we have ever seen. You can easily spend an entire day at the Newseum and still not see all of the exhibits. However, you can also see a good overview in 3 hours if needed. The admission price - $21.95 for adults and 12.95 (7 to 18) and under 7 free - is more than worth it. Also, the hotels usually give you a discount card and I believe they also had a AAA Discount. The ticket allows you to come back the following day. In other words it is a 2 day ticket. No matter what is your age, the Newseum will bring back memories. The '911 Exhibit' is emotional and includes the actual tower from the top of one of the towers. A piece of the actual Berlin Wall is in the Newseum as well as the Unibomber's Cabin. Not a replica, THE CABIN. The tribute to JFK is like none we had ever seen and you actually see the car that has a hole in the driver's floor where a bomb was detonated many decades ago. You will recognize the Newseum as it is across from the National Art Gallery and the Newseum has the newspapers from each State in the United States - which are changed every morning - surrounding the building. We highly recommend the Newseum to all. You will not be disappointed.
