“Great jog down history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

Nice exhibits worth the visit. On the short list would be 1) the room with all the old newspaper covers, 2) collection of the Pulitzer Prize winning photos, and 3) the piece of the Berlin Wall.

“See the history of news and yes it is open.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

Since 17% of government in Washington is shut down including all of the public museums, we went to The Newseum and where glad we did. We saw the Berlin Wall, JFK's pictures, 911 artifacts and many documentaries such as Sports Highlights, Civil Rights, 911 from the view of journalsts and the history of news.

“Politico junkies will love it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

Big fan of this museum. It's a quirky take on the traditional museum and for a political or current affairs junkie, it's heaven. The gift shop was also really worth dropping some cash in.

“Lots of fun, even for someone in the trade”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

This was a lot of fun with some really amazing stuff. Interesting for people in the trade as well as those who just read or watch the news.
