“Great rest break on the road!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2014

Well, the price is fabulous (free)! Our tour guide was very nice and threw in just the right amount of cute jokes. He even have us a sweet gift at the end to celebrate our recent marriage. We are not LDS and we were happy to find our guide was not preachy or overbearing. It was a great historical look at life in the time period. Exactly what we wanted to break up a long drive. Thanks sweet tour guide!

“Well-done; superb craftsmanship”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2014

Stopped to see Cove Fort and will stop again whenever we are traveling that section of I-15 with guests who haven't yet seen the fort. Seeing the superb craftsmanship was a treat. Admired the OLD trees. Learning about how the fort operated and seeing the telegraph was interesting. A very interesting site.

“Great place to stop with your kids!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2014

My wife and I were traveling in the area and decided to stop and see Cove Fort. It is a very nicely preserved fort from the late 1800s, and is operated by the LDS. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the history of the fort, and the tour was a lot of fun.....and totally free to visitors. Stop and see it, you will enjoy the history.

“Very informative”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2014

Wonderful restoration of this fort! We were greeted by a Mormon missionary, who guided our tour. We watched a breif film on the fort. Then crossed the road to the fort. SO much detail has gone into restoring it. Our guide was pleasant, not pushy. We got to see all of the rooms. Interesting to see the hardships the pioneers overcame to come west.
