This was our 6th visit to Blau and everyone makes you feel so welcome and guests you have met before remember you and you chat as if it was only a few days since you had last met. There is a variety of age groups at the resort and facilities for the disabled are very good Paula is obtaining a hand rail for the pool by the snack bar to be sure anyone with mobility issues has the use of the pool the new pool does have plenty of rails.
If there are any issues while you are there guest relations are always available to help Paula the general manager is always visible and will stop and chat with you Juan the head chef can be seen around the restaurants checking the food and with brightly coloured attire can easily be seen with his cheery smile We have stayed in the older rooms and the new buildings both have something to offer if you want to be in the heart of the activities the older blocks would be good for you there is a slight walk to the new buildings which we have watched being constructed from the forest to a resort. Water shoes are a must to avoid the pebbles and rocks when entering the sea, snorkelling is a must to try and from someone who is not a strong swimmer I have survived and love the interaction with the fish.Plenty of sun beds for guests but I can see this being a problem on the beach in high season if the hotel has a large number of guests as there is limited space.
Hotel Entertainment team work hard and the shows at night are preformed by dancers brought in from Holgiun the water ballet is very good the magic light show is for all age groups and the archipelago singers are great. We will see you all again and are happy to spread the word We have stayed in other resorts around the area so we can compare with the other hotels and Blau wins for us
