I was told that this restaurant has fantastic food, however I am unable to comment. When I arrived at the restaurant it was very busy but there were tables available outside. Whilst waiting to be served I was ignored twice by a staff member. When someone did serve me, they searched around for a table and then said that no tables were available and that I could dine in the bar. I thanked the staff member but declined the offer to dine in the bar and turned to leave. The staff member then tried to state that the bar was a very nice area, I again declined. The staff member then said that there were tables available outside - why had a table outside not been offered before the bar area? I began to walk out and the staff member said that he had not offered me a table outside because I might be cold - surely that is my decision to make. I felt that because I was a solo diner they did not wish to seat me outside and would rather shove me in the bar area. I left the restaurant without trying anything and will not return.
