Nice clean environment with friendly staff - however the check in and check out was very poor. There are not enough lifts in this hotel, once I had battled through the check in I then had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a lift to the room.

Breakfast was plentiful and very well presented. The hotel bar was bright and airy with friendly staff. Beer was priced cheaper than UK hotels.

The room was adequate, clean tidy and a very well presented bathroom. We went to breakfast and came back to made beds and clean towels which was very welcome.

Taxis to anywhere are right outside the hotel

Just returned from the reval hotel from a weekend stag trip with 18 lads, fantastic hotel, clean, safe, friendly staff, in the centre of riga. taxi rank just outside the door. voodoo nightclub is a bit cheesy but good fun, great casino and good restaurants. a drink in the skyline bar is a must. this was my second trip to riga and i would definatly go back.

We stayed here for 3 nights, asked for a high floor, and it was. The hotel has fantastic views, good gym and sauna on the top floor again a great view from the sauna.

Wasnt keen on Riga, but the hotel i will remember from our visit. You will never have trouble finding the hotel as its stands out over Riga. Enjoy your stay.

I really liked this hotel. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to all of the old town and having the skyline bar there means you don't have to go too far at night!
We had one of the newer rooms and it was lovely.
The breakfast buffet was really good too, and the room service staff were really friendly.
I would definately stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located and for the price per night the services were excellent.
Staff were very slow and although polite the lack of any kind of urgency did annoy slightly.
The Skybar was fantastic although quite pricey.
I personally would not return to Riga - I think its more suited to stag nights, etc however the hotel was lovely and I would definitely stay in one of the chains other hotels in other cities.
