“Convenient location, 4star standard”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012 via mobile

It is a great place to stay. Near the old city and viru square. The rooms are spacious and clean, lobby area is tasteful and breakfast is fine. Only one complaint really drunk local youngsters bothering guests.... Reception staff did not seem to react to that at all! Not to be expected in any high standard hotel anywhere in Europe This was the only disappointment

“Reasonable place in Tallinn”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

Firstly the hotel does have a great location, set mid way between the old and new town. Close to the port and across the road from Viru square where many bus services operate from. The hotel is a modern addition to the city and hosts a lot of conference trade which can make it very busy. As previously mentioned, it is better than the Viru hotel across the road where there did seem to be a lot of drunken activity in the reception area (along with a good proportion of the rest of the city come to that!).
Rooms were comfortable and very clean; beds were great! In fact the rooms were very well appointed. Initially had room 822 which overlooked an internal 'courtyard' so although very quiet had a view into the opposite corridor. After changing to 322 we had a room on the front of the hotel which overlooked the (noisy) road. Take your pick!!
Breakfast was busy busy busy, but offered a great selection of food and set us up well for the day. Staff were relatively attentive but like many other service staff in Tallinn, didn't enthuse welcome or helpfulness.
The 'spa' was ok although the swimming pool freezing cold and much smaller than the pictures depict.
A couple of times we went out and encountered groups of rough locals hanging about outside the front door which was off putting.
Not that we'd ever come back to Tallinn but if we did or had to recommend a hotel I think I probably would give the Nordic Forum the thumbs up.

“Modern hotel in good location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012

Hotel is right across the street from Hotel Viru and only few hundred meters from the old town. Rooms are very modern and service quite attentive. I prefer this over Viru hotel also because there are less drunken tourists hanging in the lobby and bars.
Breakfast selection was very good and WiFi connection was free.
All in all, a pleasent stay.

“Cosy and convenient”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

A lovely hotel with good facilities. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance from the old town and all it's attractions. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide selection The spa facilities were average but an added bonus to soothe aching legs/feet!
Would I stay there again......YES!

“Comfort and convienence”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

Modern hotel with good sized rooms, great relax center on 8 floor and in house spa wonderful. Breakfast generous and just a few steps away from the old town. Staff very helpful. Rooms very warm and the temperature could not varied effectively and windows could not be opened.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room at the back and do try the relax centre
