When tired from walking the streets of Tallinn, we stopped for a light lunch at Peppersack. I had the slightly spicy house soup which proved to be a meal in itself along with their brown bread. Desserts were delicious. It is "touristy" as wait staff dresses in medieval costumes. It is in the heart of Tallinn, so is great for people watching if one sits outside. The restaurant distributes blankets if desired. Prices are expensive, as in all of Scandinavia.
