I had a member ship that entitles me for a free upgrade. The receptionist didn't know of it even there was a brochure on the desk. The answer was "I don't know!" and that the end of the conversation. I was too tired to demand.
One night when we were sleeping I woke up for someone opening the door. I immediately called the reception. She said that it was someone from the staff without any explanation or apologies. I know she couldn't know who that person was because I called immediately to the reception. I reported the incident in the morning at the reception and asked the manager to contact me. I have never been contacted by the management.
Hotel and rooms are very beautiful and it is located perfectly. I still would recommend the hotel to anybody. It's not safe.
