Owner description: The view from Tallinn TV Tower is unique in Estonia as well as in all of Northern Europe. Under your feet are the woods of Muuga. The captivating Tallinn Old Town and the glistening Baltic Sea in all of its majestic glory are off in the distance. When Estonia was still behind the Iron Curtain, this was for many Estonians a window on the free world - at night one could even catch sight of the lights of Helsinki. To illustrate the view, visitors can use multimedia screens: to increase the area visible in it or seeing what the place looked like in the past. It is a view that must be seen. And - experienced!

“Amazing views with a twist”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2014

You can see all of Tallinn and appreciate its distribution over the landscape. There is also a great feature where you can stand over a porthole that becomes see-through when you push a button and you can look straight down for 150 metres. Bit expensive (7 Euro) but worth it

“Outstanding views!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2014

I have visited TV-tower for few times and I can recommend it to everyone. Views are absolutely amazing and restaurant serves good food. Although bit expensive, but I think it was worth it while having romantic dinner with breathtaking views.

“Interesting place to visit. Expensive, but average restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2014

I was there on cloudy day and the observation level was all in the cloud. Visibility was 0. So I can’t say anything about the view.
Everything is renovated and looks clean and nice. The new entrance is modern and I like the stories and pictures about construction and history.
They have picked interesting success stories to the observation level.
The restaurant had one very rude waiter. We were there with kids and seemed he didn’t like kids at all. He didn’t want to show us to the table and finally asked the kids to behave more quietly. I have never had this kind of experience and I don’t think they were loud. It was cloud day and there wasn’t too many people anyway, I didn’t see that they disturbed anybody. Other waiters didn’t have any problem with our kids and where very polite and nice.
We wanted to have vegan food and wrote to the chef if we could have it. He said yes. The waiters asked as to the counter to agree on the details when we arrived. He asked if chees is allowed which was bit odd. I also would expect that chef would come to the table in restaurant that is this expensive. The portions where very small and just skimmed down dishes from main menu. The red wine souse was not smooth at all. We left as very hungry.
The bill was very big and I would consider this very expensive place, but not providing the level of food and service.
