If you want to gamble at an average casino this is the hotel for you in Tallinn. The rooms are just OK, the service is fine and the overall qulaity of the hotel is adequate.
Having stayed in Tallinn a few times since this I would suggest there are many far better hotels closer to the old town which is an amazing place to be. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk which in the winter can be cold and wet!

“Decent place but not perfect”

We spent two days here in August 2006. The casino is pretty good, although less entertaining than similar scenes in Helsinki and Riga. The buffet food, for breakfast and dinner, is mediocre. Pretty good service but some problems occasioned by language limitations.

This hotel seems to appeal to tour buses, and the place is always packed.

A free internet connection in the lobby is OK but the keyboard ought to be replaced.

Easy walking distance to the Old Town as well as a shopping area with a Stockmann's dept. store that seems to have everything at pretty good prices.

“Modern but cheap casino hotel”

This is very much a casino hotel. The rooms are modern and amazingly cheap (I paid £35pn for a single) but the hotel decor is suited to Vegas (the carpet has playing cards on it, the lift is full of casino adverts). I had a great time in Tallinn and the hotel is fine for anyone who wants to gamble or just needs a cheap room and doesn't mind a bit of walk to the town centre (about 15 minutes - doesn't sound long but it does get cold out in winter!).
