“Toompea! WE LOVE YOU”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

This felt full of history - and leads to the Cathedral, lovely area. It is a good part of the city to get captured by history, Its a great starting point to the rest of the Old Town,

Be sure to visit the old little post office at the top of the hill which is so quaint and alluring.

“Bird's eye view of the city!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

This was a point on the top (old town) with exquisite views. An absolute must do while visiting Tallin. All the walking tours will take you here. Don't miss it.

“A stroll to a beautiful view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

We went there after Christmas. Was hoping for some snow to come because somehow the snow makes the rooftops more charming. BUt the again with the cobbled stones that makes the path a bit difficult specially with children, you will be thankful that there was no snow. There are viewing places where you can take panoramic pictures. Maybe it was winter that's why there were hardly any tourist. It was nice to relax and just appreciate the view of the old town.

“The most romantic part”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012

Wonderful old buildings, great view over Tallinn, nice narrow streets, few cars.
Not so easy to walk because of the paving-stones

“A peaceful place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

There is a lovely atmosphere up at Toompea Hill. Walk up the 'long leg' and then return down 'short leg'. The views from different places are magnificent and better than any that you pay for in the Old Town (towers). Try the Bogapott quirky cafe for a drink bfore leaving.
