Having stayed in Raddison Blu's in Vilnius and Riga this one in Tallinn feels tired and worn out in comparison. Despite having a make over since its initial purpose as a hotel for the 1980 Olympic Games it still feels as if it was built in another era. Whilst the room is comfortable, the bathroom feels cramp with a high sided bath that makes standing in it for a shower feel claustrophobic as the ceiling is quite low. The gym on the top floor is adequate but not state of the art and the pool is really just a token effort. Breakfast is extensive but the restaurant is poorly designed feeling cramped even when it is fairly empty.
