Booked this hotel at a really good rate, including breakfast, however we unfortunately never made it to breakfast:)

Staff very pleasant and efficient. A few requests were made and they completed them quickly eg. new towels etc.

On arrival they had tried to give us a smoking room. I cannot tolerate smoke whatsoever so at 2am on our arrival, they promptly moved us to a modern no smoking floor on the fifth floor. We were due to stay on the 4th floor and as we travelled in the lift the smoke even from the lobby was disgusting. My advice would be request a non smoking room unless you are obviously a smoker!

Bathroom was clean and beds very comfortable. Very good location also. Less than a 5minute walk in the town centre. Island Bar next door is very good for food and drink and reasonably priced.

Tallinn is a beautiful city- I was very impressed.

Hotel is secure with card entry systems at night. Towels and rooms cleaned on a daily basis.

Great hotel. The price was excellent. Location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to Old Town. Tram stop was nearby. The breakfast was fine. I have had better in Europe, but I don't have any complaints. I would stay here again. Wi-Fi was free in the room, and there was an internet terminal in the lobby. Service in restaurant wasn't great at night, but I don't really ever eat at hotel restaurants. There was a gas station nearby where we stocked up on supplies. Room was clean. We had a room at the end of the hall.

I have stayed in Reval hotels in Latvia and i have to say in comparison this is by far the worse. The rooms are basic and unattractive,It is what it is i guess cheap but far from cheerful. A smile goes a long way when you walk through the door its a shame no one told the staff. Being November there is no air conditioning in the whole hotel so you can really smell the smoking floor. After travelling all day i longed for a nice hot shower and to relax but alas the water was chilly. There is a thermostat on the wall for your room but it is an illusion as nothing happens when you turn the heating up.The staff are very good and co-operative and check in and check out was very quick .Room service was very good. The choice and quality of food was perfect. Another good point was the breakfast wich is a good variety but if you get there half an hour before it closes all the hot food will be cold. As for location its not bad. You can walk to the old town. I will rather pay more for a hotel that can give me a little comfort such as hot water and a warm room.I will not return

I stayed here for four nights in august and this hotel really was in the perfect location to explore Tallin. the bus from the airport stops 2 mins walk away so you dont have to bother getting a overpriced taxi. I couldnt fault the hotel at all, the breakfast was brilliant with plenty of fresh fruit and a excellent selection of meats, cheeses and a hot counter as well as crossiants. All served fresh and hot. the hotel is right next to a little shopping centre and also a few bars and is just a 5 - 10 mins walk to the old town square. in the opposite direction the hotel is about a mile walk to a lovely park and palace and the beach which is a lovely walk and its nice to get away from all the hustle of bustle of old town, The hotel is also a 5 - 10 min walk away from the port where we got a ferry to helsinki which only took about 2 hours. overall the hotel was very clean and in the perfect place and i would definately recommend it.
