We stayed for 1 night in this hotel by the port in Tallinn.
The No.2 bus stops very close to it.
The reception staff were very polite and helpful, the room was large enough for myself and my wife with ample hanging space for clothes.
Everything was operated by our key card, including the electrics, there was a good tv with British, Russian, French as well as Estonian programs.
The bathroom was large with a good shower, unfortunately the shower head kept falling out of its holder and the wall hair drier fell apart (was repaired though).
The included breakfast was good although not entirely to my taste (I am a fry-up breakfast fan not a continental fan) though my wife enjoyed it.
We both thoroughly recommend this hotel for budget stays in Tallinn.

This hotel is not nearly as nice as the Reval Hotels in Riga, Latvia... they are completely different! In fact, in Riga, the Reval chain are among the most luxuriously deisgned.
In Tallinn, not so much. Average room--OK bed, nice bathroom, but no coffee/tea pot. Free WiFi was nice and dependable.
Front desk staff friendly but young so not very knowledgeable.
Great breakfast, free.
Location, about 5-10 minutes' walk from Old Town. Nothing special, but if you can get it for the rate we did (about 50 Euros/night), then it's totally worth it. The reason I give it such a high rating is that it's very good value for money, but not more than 2-3* hotel.

excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. Rooms clean but very stark but bathroom in need of renovation. Our sink had brown marks but the worst problem was the awful smell of drains as soon as you open the bathroom door. Absolutely dreadful. No tea making facilities so bring your kettle!

Estonians don't seem to like the English and were quite unfriendly and offhand especially the restaurants we went to.

We didn't really know what to expect, but we were very happy with our stay at the Reval Central. The location is superb - only a few minutes walk from the Old Town and less than 10 minutes walk from a huge supermarket. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and the front desk staff all spoke English.

I have to echo things that others have said: the breakfast IS superb, with a huge choice. They have a kids play section with toys and crayons so we could eat while the kids played (though there was too much playing and not enough eating!)

The rooms ARE a bit spartan, but quite comfortable. We booked a triple room with a baby cot and it was pretty large. If you can't get a family room, you could comfortably sleep two adults and two kids in a triple with an extra bed.

There are other nice touches -- there's a free internet terminal in the lobby, the hotel bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink, the entire hotel is very kid-friendly. It's a 15 minute walk (though not well signposted) to the ferry terminal, which will take you to Helsinki among other places.

The staff, the location and the value for money at the Reval Central can't be beat. Highly recommended!
