This was the eighth hotel, and last hotel we stayed in after a 2 week holiday, and we were tired and really needed it to be nice. We were really pleased with the room, the hotel in general and the location. Would stay there again without a doubt. Old town is 5 minute walk, and the bus stop for the airport is under 5 mins walk. This hotel is a really good choice for a stay in Tallinn. We came in by coach from Riga, and took the tram 2, which took us very close to the hotel.

1. Good location; a 1-minute walk to the tram and a 5-minute walk to the old town.
2. The hotel was simple and functional; a bit sterile, but clean and nice. Think Ramada Inn in the US.
3. My room was pretty large, was simply and functionally furnished; nice functional bathroom; TV with BBC, and air-conditioning (I was there during a heat wave). It also had a small fridge. It is perfect for the times you want to escape from “quaint” Europe and want a US-style room. Not luxurious, but clean and functional. The bed was a bit soft for me and the pillows were a bit small. The sheets were very nice.
4. There was a large buffet breakfast included in the rate.
5. The rate was very good.
6. The staff was friendly, efficient and spoke English.

For the price: **** 1/2 (out of a possible 5)

Good enough for sleeping, but not much else. Impossible to get a beer after midnight, so do your drinking before you get back to the hotel. Nice and clean, but reminded more of an office building than a hotel.

I stayed here with five friends for my 30th birthday, all male. We found the hotel to be very clean; same goes for the rooms, which were large and had two televisions, plenty of storage space and brew making facilities. The only problem was that we specified two family rooms. One was fine, but the other had one double bed and one sofa bed; it would be fair to say that the sofa beds are not made for men/adults and it was very uncomfortable. We found the staff to be very friendly, especially when they ordered us pizza at 5am (Friday nights are the big party nights in Tallinn). The location was very good, being all of 5mins walk from the centre of the Old Town. All in all, very good and would recommend, just make sure you check out the beds.
