“Interesting Historic Town Hall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

The Town Hall in Tallinn, Estonia, is a beautiful historic building on the Town Square. The lower level displays models and items depicting life in historic Tallinn. The rooms throughout the building are open for visitation so one can view the ancient government offices. The scenic view of Tallinn from the Town Hall is quite nice. This interesting building is worth a visit while in Tallinn.

“First mentioned in 1322!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

Tallinn Town Hall is the only Gothic style town hall in northern Europe. The first mention of the Town Hall is from 1322. Built in several stages, in a unique Gothic structure with a slender octagonal console tower and one of the symbols of the city, the Vana Toomas (Old Thomas) weathervane, standing at the tip of it's spire. The ticket to the tower costs 3 euros and offers a great view of the old town.Excellent!!!

Many interesting descriptions of Tallin life in the Middle Age, models of medieval dresses, detailed description of enormous restoration efforts and well-preserved interior. Make sure to visit all accessible floors and rooms.

“III Draakon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012 via mobile

III Draakon is a MUST see restaurant/cafe in the main building in the square in the centre of Tallinn.

The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is brilliant! Lovely Elk soup and a variety of pies, and we had to sing to the person behind the till to get a spoon!

All food is 1 euro, and the beer is 2 euro.
So cheap, and it is WELL worth it. Your trip to Tallinn would be incomplete without going here.

Best place for a quick snack and drink in Tallinn - you HAVE to go. Great medieval atmosphere in a really old lovely building.

Best place ever!

“Don't miss out the tower”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

This is an interesting 14th century gothic building. Take the chance to go up the tower for some gorgeous views of the town square, the cruise harbor and a lot more. 360 degrees view of the city.
