As the title suggests, this restaurant is playing on the gangster theme of 1930's Chicago and they do it well. This is a nicer restaurant in the area with a rustic decor and a solid menu. I had a fried salmon dish that was excellent, and like most places in Estonia, the fresh bread was not to be missed. The location is also convenient to Tallinn's Old Town, so it makes for a nice place to catch a meal before or after wandering around.
