The restaurant looks a bit fancy with a bull "sitting" on a bench outside, but inside it has the feel of a genuine steak house. The menu is primarily around steaks and they are GOOD, so you can order the filet rare if you like them that way. They also have a steak tartar that is very very good.
Service is "estonian" - no smiles but reasonably attentive staff. Prices are high but worth it.
With more beer choices and smilier service, it would have rated an "excellent".
