This was an interesting stop on our tour. It's a bit touristy with the signage, displays and actors but it offers good history of the area. The wine cellar, torture chamber and great hall were nice to wander around. Lots of the smaller rooms are quite dim (we used cell phone flashlight apps to see properly). The tour offered us vodka tasting and lunch. The vodka tasting was ok (Finnish, Russian, and Swedish vodka was served against Estonian vodka). The lunch was simple and delicious: salad, chicken with a yogurt dill sauce, rice, and fruit dessert. Estonian beer was also offered (and was quite delicious). Recommended stop if you're in the area.
