It's Soviet grand-scale architecture, in another words not very beautiful, large, intimidating, etc., and the view includes a liethuanian strip club made of concrete, looking like a nuclear war bunker ... but that's about the bad sides ...
Large enough rooms, Finns feel home because of a Finnish hotel owner and Finnish TV channels (and also chinese, btw.. so well-equipped TV channel repertoire). And of course, there's a decent sauna.
Also a fitness room which is decently equipped, nice lobby with a bar that seems to be worth slobbing in, and a Sky Bar at 22nd floor that is a nice place to sip a Svyturys and glance the roofs of Vilnius.
And the buffet breakfast is very satisfying. It is a mass-accommodation style and not very pretty on the outside but that's about the only bad sides. Recommended.
