Stayed here in late August 2010 to attend a colleague's wedding. The hotel is very cute--housed in a quirky old building, rooms are not given numbers but instead the names of famous historic authors and are decorated accordingly, many with enormous murals on the walls. The staff spoke great English and were helpful in carrying luggage, calling taxis, etc., but we were rather rudely denied a request for late check-out in order to accommodate logistics for the wedding.
It is in a very convenient spot in the already small Old Town; you can walk right out the door and begin sightseeing. One big plus was the complimentary breakfast--it was one of the best hotel breakfast options I've ever had. Unlike the sparse buffets elsewhere we were given extensive menus and were allowed to pick from hearty options like omelets, pancakes, and full english breakfasts made to order.
At 113 euros/night I thought I'd had better value elsewhere (carpets and linens could use a bit of updating, etc.) but was good for a short trip.
