I stayed at the Hotel Dukla in August 2003. It is located east of the City Center in a mostly residential area not too far from the main bus station. An interesting popular public market is nearby. It seems to be oriented to business travelers having extensive meeting facilities. The room was well equipped and modern with all the facilities that you would expect. I certainly would not hesitate to stay there again.
