I've knownw this old restaurants for many years. It has the best traditional Hungarian fish soup in town, as tasty as it gets (and yes, I'm Hungarian). Besides the wide spectrum of fish meals (predominantly fresh water, but you may find some salt water fish on the menu as well) there are many other delicious dishes. The beef tartar, the sirloin steak, and the deer goulash are certainly outstanding just to name some of my favorites.
I recommend the place to those who are not shocked by some old world Eastern European ambience. It is not a sterile modern restaurant in a fancy vacation destination. Your weight loss program will be derailed there too. Yet, it is clean a clean place, and the service preserved the elegance and politeness of yesterday's restaurants. And above all, you will love the taste of the old school Hungarian cuisine.
