I realy dont know how the RADISSON SAS chain allow that kind of Hotel carrys the name.
O.K. the rooms are pretty good but the food is terrible breakfast and dinner is for 1 star hotel somewhere in Turkey
The SPA is ok and the golf course looks nice.
The hotel is 5 km away from shops and restaurants so in very remote area.
Be carefull with food

I spent the New Year 2007/2008 in this hotel with friends. Everything was excellent. The staff is friendly, tha romms are big and clean, the sauna aera has a wide range of facilities, the pool is cool. The sylvester party was very good-oranised and high-guality. The prices are a little bit too high in comparison with other hotels on this level.

we spent a part of our honeymoon in this hotel.
We were very satisfied with the choice.
Although I think it is not a 5 star hotel I find it better then a 4 star, lets call it a 4.5 start hotel.
I had been here before and I found that it is improving.
The staff is very-very polite, I like when I am greeted by every staff member whenever they pass by me on the corridors, etc.
The wellness section is great.
The food has a big variety and I liked most of the meals.
There are a little space to renovate some amusement equipments, like the billiard and the table-soccer and a hotel like this shall not charge money for the usage.
The gold course is one of the most beautiful ones I had ever seen.
It is worth to visit the place.

We have stayed at the Radisson SAS for 5 nights. We did enjoy our stay, but this hotel is definitely not 5 star. The size of the room was good and the room was clean. It can however get pretty hot in Hungary and with the air-conditioning out-of-service during our stay, the room was not a pleasant place to be in.
The staff were nice and tried to please, however after being told by one staff member that that airco was not working in the entire hotel, having been asked if we would want to move to an other room did not seem to make too much sense and we stayed in the boiling room for our entire stay.

The wellness area is very well kept and with 5 different pools impressive. The prices for treatments however are up to 5 star standards and you can get much cheaper treatments around the area, just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The golf course is wonderful and the location of the hotel is good.

The restaurant was the least impressive, with dirty cutlery and crockery most of the time. The buffet style and selection was good, but more emphasis needs to be put on cleanliness if you want to live up to 5 star standards.

All in all our stay was pleasant, but there is room for improvement at this Radisson.
