Stylish hotel in a perfect location in a beautiful city

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the city close to St Stephen's Basilica. It is not a large hotel and many of the rooms do not have a view, however the rooms are stylish, modern and impeccably clean. The staff were very friendly, informative and attentive from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Room tip: Lower floors have less A/C unit noise.

PRESTIGE HOTEL also in reality

Prestige hotel in Budapest is a prestige one also in reality not only by name.
They have it best service in Budapest by my experience.
Location just perfecr near Dunau river and the most magnificient church of St. STEFAN.
Additionally also beautiful restaurant with one Michelin star you will find out in the ground floor.
Feeling is like to be in one big family Hotel. Not just another their visitor.

Beautiful and impeccably located

This is a relatively new hotel in a restored old building, impeccably located; many of the must-see places within walking distance. They have done a magnificent job and the place is very beautiful. The service top-notch, helpful and attentive, and very efficient. The room, beautifully decorated, although not very big. My only complaint was the haphazard service by Housekeeping: towels not replaced, glasses not washed, one night they forgot the turn-down service, among other things. However, overall a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

First of all, thank you so much for choosing to stay at our Prestige Hotel Budapest and for taking your precious time to share your sincere opinion.

On the one hand, I was thrilled to learn from your feedback, that you were amazed by our stunning hotel building and much impressed by our professional and attentive service.

On the other hand, I was surprised and disappointed by your words on the usually very precise job of our housekeeping department. I make the appropriate investigation and steps in order to avoid similar cases in the future. At the same time, please, accept my honest apologies for the inconveniences encoutered. As for the towel issue, please note, that due to environmental considerations, towels are not changed every day. At the meantime, upon any request or if you leave them on the floor, we replace them immediately.

All in all, I am glad to summarise, that your overall stay was more than satisfactory and you left our property with the nicest impressions. We appreciate your high recommendation. On behalf of our entire team we are looking forward to your next visit.

Close to Four Seasons at Fraction of the Price

Amazing location. Within walking distance to all the major attentions. Chain bridge. Parliament building. Buda castle. Danube River (be sure to take a night stroll along the riverfront).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The concierge suggestions were insightful.

Rooms are comfortable. The bed and pillows are VERY comfortable. Good sound proofing from street noise and other rooms.. Slept like a baby. I wanted to take the pillows home.

Breakfast spread at Michelin star restaurant downstairs had something for everyone. You definitely won't go hungry.

Staying here made our first visit to Budapest super memorable. Look forward to coming back soon.
