Obviously it is not Mexico, but only a Mexican restaurant near the Parliament.
The place looks a bit run down (compared to higher end restaurants), but reasonable.
I tried surf-turf fajitas, it was excellent, but too much of a good thing (about double of reasonable size). The chicken tortilla was also great. Their home-made tortilla chips with salsa is far from the original, but at least not as oily as it was some 8 years ago.
Their house rose wine is also reasonable, but a bit overpriced.
As we visited the place between lunch and dinner time (16:00), it was not noisy, but full after 18:00.
