“Small rooms with thin walls”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

The hotel is in a great location with nicely decorated rooms. But both the room and bathroom were extremely small. The desk area didn’t even have a chair, but instead a bench with no back. While there was minimal noise from the outside, I could hear my neighbors’ voices and TV like they were in my own room. The walls are paper thin. Also, I found it uncomfortable to sleep in a single bed that was hardly wider than my own body. Single beds are for youth hostels, not boutique hotels.

The hotel offered good amenities, like fast internet, a so-so breakfast (the scrambled eggs were SO salty that I couldn’t eat them), a fridge, great AC, and a laptop-sized safe. The staff were extremely friendly, always greeting you when you arrived and left. I would recommend this hotel if it weren’t for the fact that the rooms are so cramped, the walls so thin, and the single bed unbefitting a hotel of this stature.

Stayed here for three nights no negative comments. Clean, friendly breakfast good. Ideal location. Enjoyed a coffee before departure and it was good. Hotel organised taxi to airport and boat trips. WiFi quick. Would stay again for sure.

This hotel is in great walking distance for many sights in Budapest. Nice hotel Staff. Roms are small, lots of overhearing from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast could be improved with fresh bread and fruit.

Im very surprised that anyone could rate this hotel 4/5 or 5/5.

Stayed here for one night in May. The hotel is very centrally located and close to many restaurants and bars as well as shopping and the railway station. Hotel is very well presented, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We arrived at approx 9.30am and were able to check in to our room on arrival which was brilliant after 13 hours in an aircraft. Breakfast was very good and WiFi was excellent. We will definately stay here next time.

Small hotel, small rooms, tight fit for breakfast but great location. Staff helpful. Nice bar for both drinking or use as lounge for reading. At end of main mall and near markets; a block and a half back from river.

We stopped here boxing day for 4 nights. The rooms were cosy, warm, adequate, clean and nicely designed. Ideal for a few days away. Hotel staff were really helpful about any queries we had. The free breakfast buffet was good and very filling to start the day. Couple of mornings we did struggle to get a table, breakfast area is quite small for the amount of guests stopping. Hotels location is relatively good, sightseeing locations are all walking distance, maybe a bit far for elderly people. Didn't like the fact that it was 2 twin beds pushed together with 2 really thin single duvets, that being said though we did sleep very well though else we would of complained. For what the hotel offers and how much we paid it is good value for money.

Very clean relatively small rooms but good for a short stop over. No tea or coffee making facilities, all located on ground floor. that is one draw back. English not a language of choice but staff are helpful. Central to where the cruises leave and easy access to good shopping and multitudes of restaurants.
