“Great location and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2013

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the weekend. Loved the city and the hotel! Great service, very friendly staff. They really helped us out and we had a problem that wasn't even caused by them! Will go back to this hotel for sure, when I visit Budapest again.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have a window for fresh air. I would place this request in your booking.

From the minute we checked in we knew this hotel was going to be good, I really mean very good, for the 4 nights we had booked. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and soon we were in our clean and well presented bedroom, which every day was cleaned to perfection. The beds were really comfortable. For breakfast there was always a wide selection of food and the tables were quickly tidied and made ready for other guests by the hard working ladies. For coffee drinkers there was a range of about 10 choices and even more choice for the tea drinkers. A nice touch was the free availability of such drinks at any time of the day, as too was the free access to the internet. Despite the constant comings and goings of guests the place was always spotlessly clean. It well deserves the Trip Advisor certificate displayed in reception..

the hotel is very close to the parlament but also other attractions are close enough to walk to. For those who are a bit further, the hotel is situated between 2 metro stations. The staff is very friendly, all of them, and are always ready to help with advice and even bookings for the baths, parlament etc.
The breakfast is nice but the breakfast room is too small for the number of guests.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the hotel May 5 for one night and it was great. The front desk staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was ready when we checked in and all the details on the reservation were correct. The room itself was ideal for our needs and was large and well lit with two large windows. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The WiFi was fast and easy to navigate. Breakfast was good with many choices; eggs, bacon, toast, cold-cuts, vegetables, and numerous beverages. An all day beverage station is available and was well stocked with coffee, tea, and water. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: We were in room 410 which is a corner room. This allows for a larger room with differing views.

Stayed here for 4 nights, Nicely decorated room, corridors and excellent breakfast room and bar area, Good staff on each of the services, desk, room, breakfast - Professional, attentive yet unassuming. Excellent english spoken, good tourist tips without being pushy. Breakfast was extensive and included in our rate - fruit, cold platter - meats cheese, hot buffet - bacon mini omelette, sausage, tomato/mozarella. No kettle in room but free coffee/tea up until 5pm in the bar area. A great base for a city break.

We stayed 4 nights in this stylish hotel from monday 29 th april till friday 3 may. Breakfast was very good.
Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The atmosphere in this hotel was very pleasant.
The location is centrally located. The neighboorhood is very safe.
Very close to the parliament and the St.Stephen's basilica'and the szabadsag square. The staff is very service oriented. We would certainly return if we visit Budapest again
