You've just found "the" best Sushi restaurant in the middle of Central Europe. How's that possible? The recipe is simple: take one of the best Sushi chef from Japan, find an excellent location (right in the middle of Budapest, behind the world famous Opera House), decorate your restaurant tastefully, hire the best staff, use prices that make sense, mix all together, ... and here you are. It also helps if you have great regular programs due to the fact that one of the owners is a very well known actor/celebrity in Europe.
The Menu is impressive. Sushi, sashimi, soups, salads, plates, custom order dishes, even local specialties (prepared by another chef) are readily available. Quality? 5+++ I've been fortunate enough to try many restaurants. Take my word for it. This is one of (if not) THE best.
