“Truly good Italian food, best risotto!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

We've been there twice and both times the food was excellent. Garlic pita bread is something you should try and also the saffron risotto is another thing you must have. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

“not bad”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2013

I've eaten here twice....first time was quite good but this last time was very mediocre.....service is very good but food has really gone 'down hill'....I had fish both times....first time was fresh, excellent portion, great prep....this time was 'sad'....small portion, not very good quality. My girlfriend had pizza and really was disappointed...it was very 'average' and this is not intended to be an 'average' place in terms of price, atmosphere etc.....hopefully they can turn it around.

“You feel like in Italy, only, it's even better”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

If you want to eat good Italian food, in a good atmosphere, with good service, you must visit this place. I had a pizza, was very good, good Italian Salami, a familymember had fish, was also very good. It is run by Italians, and you can tell that they are doing their best to choose authentic ingredients. There are not many similar places in Budapest, so I cannot compare on the value, but I did not find it overpriced considering the restaurant's prime location.

“For Italians, by Italians..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2013 via mobile

Of course one is welcome also as a non-italian, but this place really teleported us to Puglia (Italy) from where Mario (the owner) is coming from! - We had a plate of homemade pasta, a glas of red wine, and fresh bread made in the wooden fire pizza stove... (look at the lamp made out of about hundred wineglases...).

“Great restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

Great Italian restaurant In the heart of Budapest. The interior is designed with a taste, very pleasant service. Menu is full of the pasta and pizza choice, but what you can expect in the Italian restaurant. All portions are big and delicious. Very good caffee. Prices are on reasonable level.
