Have seen previous reviews, I was a little wary. My concerns were unfounded! All the renovations to the building have been competed and the result is very impressive and efficient. The front desk staff did speak English and the manager was especially helpful. I booked ahead via e-mail (access from the Rudas Baths website) for various treatments which i found was the easiest way to do things. You need to be present 90 minutes ahead of the beginning of treatment time in order to pay and secure your spot. The procedures for getting a cabin to change in and store your clothes and where to go next are fairly clear and if in doubt, all you need do is ask one of the attendants. The treatments were great and the whole experience very pleasant indeed.
