You always expect a lot from Kempinski. This is a fine Kempinski, but a bit outdated. Rooms would need some renovation. Starting from showers and carpets. And they should definitelly put some hats on their cleaning ladies, because three hairs on our bed in three days are a bit too much. Garage is too expensive, most expensive one in Budapest. Gym is very small. On the positives, atomsphere is very nice, rooms are spacious, there is a very nice sauna, and there are great bistros and restaurants in the hotel.
