This is one of the best hilton hotels I've stayed in. We were there with friends and had executive rooms. Our room (372) looked directly across the Danube to the Parliament - it was quite spectacular at night - I would strongly recommend going for a room with a view over the Danube to the Pest side. Our room was large and clean with a massive viewing window. The executive facilities on the 3rd floor were also good and the staff were very attentive, constantly keeping the food trays filled and it was good to get (alcoholic) drinks between 6pm and 8.30pm each night. The only slight negative is that some of the staff (in the restaurant and conceriage) appear to have had a 'smile' bypass - you don't get many saying 'have a nice day'.
Restaurants in the Castle District are reasonably good, but quite expensive, reflecting the tourist side.
We were there for four days and I would certainly go back - still lots to see, although I might try the other Hilton on the Pest side.
