This hotel is definitely not a 3-star hotel, it is more like a youth hostel. Internet is claimed to be in 49% of the rooms, but is actually only accesible at the reception. There is no lift in the building, so that means you have to be lucky not to have a heavy luggage or get the first floors rooms. The bathroom is filthy, the room reeks of a mixture of tobacco and cheap air freshner. The windows seem not to have been cleaned ever. The bed are tiny, the furniture chipped and old. It is not so close to the city center as mentioned in other reviews.
Definitely not a good place to stay. Choose somewhere else.
