If you are trying to get your 10k steps for the day. The entire route around the island will help you get the 10k steps you need and many recommend. There is also the workout section where you can use a gym or join some exercise classes they have in the morning. There is also a Yoga class if you are into that. I did a Russian Kettlebell class there one time and that was pretty neat. I got walking/running here with my SO. There are others running around also but I like it because it is setup exactly to get 10k steps. There are also some ice cream and pastries in the inner workings of the islands all around. There are also various exercise outdoor machines and warm up places before you go for your run, jog, walk. Also is a dedicated runing walkway which is padded. It's a single lane so I mostly let the runners have a go at it while I enjoy it when I'm walking but I pass to the right for the fast ones! Overall a great park and place to just get away from the city. Concerts are played here often also.
