Superb location and great price were the main positives for this hotel. When we got there everything surpassed out excectations. All the staff we met were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and spotless. Breakfast was very nice. No faults whatsiever and we will certainly return if we are ever back in Budapest

This hotel is great. It's modern, clean, perfect location and really friendly and helpful staff. Booked with Booking.com for a really good deal. I requested an en suite with a bath, not just shower - which they emailed to confirm a week or so before we travelled. They also contacted us via email to ask if we wanted the airport shuttle to pick us up - totally recommend this - it's cheaper than any other options!

Room was a good size and we loved the decor. It had a TV but not many English speaking channels. There was also no in room tea making facilities but then again I hear no Budapest hotels commonly offer this. With the room service being good value, we just ordered coffee that was brought to us, service with a smile too!

It is perfectly located to the most beautiful of all the bridges and within a 2 minutes walk to the market. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as coffe shops and pubs.

The breakfast we great - enough to certainly keep you going until lunch time! The waiters were lovely. All staff spoke great English.

Just one tip - your room key card is also your key card to getting the lift moving! We found this out after a good few minutes waiting going no where! Great for security - more hotels should have this!

The staff were really helpful on reception, where we booked our day at the thermal spa and again our shuttle minibus to the airport. There was free wifi and they also had a PC in the reception lobby free to use anytime.

The reason I chose this hotel was the great deal I got in the low season. For the money I payed for the one weeks stay, it was ridiculously luxorious and provided everything I had hoped for. But for the full price and being a four star hotel, I would have expected even more. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. The hotel is next to the river and the largest market hall in Budabest at the end of the pedestrian street. The tram stop is very close and it's not far to the nearest metro stop, either. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and bed very confortable. The bathroom is of good size and they change the towels every day. The cleaning in all is immaculate. Breakfast buffet gets you started to the day, everything is fresh and there is fairly good selection of basic breakfast items. The staff speaks perfect English and they will gladly help you with all questions. There is also a computer with internet for the guests in the lounge area free of charge. Very nice hotel, although expensive in the high season, would recommend!
