“The Hungaro-American-Japanese experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

I really like this restaurant which joins together the cuisine of the US and Japan - and some other countries. We tried the Eh? (Canadian) and the Kamikaze burgers, they were great.
There is a really special dish, the "Kill Bill" style chicken wings. The challenge is just to eat them. They are not very hot, they are extremely hot. Good luck!

“Good burgers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2013

I'm not big burger eater, but the Aussie burger I had was definitely one of the best burgers I've had. Very tasty.

Staff was also very friendly and I had no complaints regarding service. All in all good experience!

“Decent”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

We heard about their burgers for a while, so we decided to give them a try. They were ok, but I was a bit disappointed. The burgers themselves were not bad, but as a personal preference, I think the baked bun was too hard. The salad on the side was great, but very small and the fries were quite low standard.

The price was a bit expensive for some burgers. The place is not bad, but I think there are nicer places in Budapest to eat.

“They moved - food is just as good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Finally they moved a few doors down with much more space in their new place! Burgers are just as good as before and still good value.

“Average experience, expected better”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Went there last night with my wife and 2 friends for burgers. Service was friendly, but somewhat slow. We had to wait 15+ minutes for our lemonades while other guests arrived later than us were already served with their drinks. Bugger! The guys went for the "Burger of the month" , the girls for the regular cheeseburgers. (Arigato) For starters in the burgers they told us that the meat was missing so they will replace it with bacon : okay. The burgers arrived some 20 minutes later with fries and a tiny portion of coleslaw. The fries are nothing to write home about : okay, but unfortunately frozen. All four sesame buns were ice cold, we all were disappointed with this. The burgers itself were tasty, but the cold buns gave it a bad overall tasting experience. I heard so many good things about Manga Cowboys burgers that we had hoped for a better experience. I am sorry to say but the food was average, with slow service and for this quality it is a bit overpriced. There are better burger places in town, for sure.
