Walked over from the Hilton seeking a nice dinner for 1. Seated promptly, service was appropriately attentive, quiet and polite. Started with fulmint wine (from Tokaj, but dry) and fish soup. Fish was substantial and tasty, soup was hot and spicy, perfect for the cold night. I ordered grilled sausage and a beetroot salad for the main - the mustard and fresh paprika added yet more spice. Red cab / merlot cuvee wine (Hungarian) was a good match. Finished with nut pasrty and cream desert - 3 puton tokaj... all in all a fair meal. My only knock is the price was a little high by local standard, but the location in the Castle district is outstanding.
