The rooms and staff was excellent, great location and the palace hotel is magic both inside and outside. Very good breakfast. Situated in the Jewish quarter, it is possible to reach every place in half hour.

Room Tip: The room on the boscolo luxury residence are large and silent.

I prefer renting apart-hotels in cities than staying in hotels or renting private flats. Apart hotels are generally cheaper than hotels and are a better value - besides you get the best of both world: get the concierge and housekeeping service and still get your own kitchen and sort of live like a local. Boscolo Luxury Residence offers exactly this: a spacious apartment with a massive bedroom, living room, open kitchen-diner area and a large bathroom.

It is in a great location, near Blaha Lujza square, close to the underground and tram station and in walking distance from pretty much everything. The decor in the flat is great, white and purple, pretty neutral and has nice touches such as ipod speakers, a telly in a bedroom and living room and nice products in the bathroom.

What was missing is tea and coffee making facilities plus the minibar was insanely expensive.

Apart from this, it is a great place to stay at and for £60 a night it's a fantastic value!

PS: the receptionist girls were really nice, had great sense of humour and spoke better English than staff in most London hotels!

Room Tip: Try to get a room that faces the backyard as the street facing rooms are a bit noisy apparently!

Great staff and rooms. The hotel was a pleasure to stay in and we would definitely stay there again. The fit out of the hotel is excellent. It's location is great for the mainline train station and walking the city.

This was such an amazing residence hotel! There were all appliances needed, kitchen, (cooker, fridge, grill etc) and a dining table, sofa, tv, and massive batroom Was like our own little flat!
Something was wrong with the key although we didn't mind, we got upgraded! Such a beautiful hotel, and amazing location - so close to everytging

I was upgraded for free and given a 2-bedroom apartment which was huge and comfortable. It was cleaned every day. Internet fast and reliable for free. Subway is nearby, very handy location. Staff warm and helpful. Didn't try the breakfast. The room was a bit noisy as it faced a big road.
Would definitely recommend it and would be glad to go back there.

The room was large (living/dining area and large bathroom) and came with kitchen utensils. It was a great bargain for $84/night. We had no problem walking all over from the location, right near the Jewish district. There is an in-room safe. The staff was very nice and helpful!

There were some quirks to the hotel: There is no dishwasher, so dishes had to be handwashed. The minibar prices are very, very high. In the room I was in there was no television in the bedroom, but one placed in a very high corner of the living/dining area. The furniture in the living/dining area isn't very high quality, but it works. Some of the work appears to be shoddy -- cheap flooring, paint/grout marks on the bathroom tile.

The door locks were a huge challenge and we required assistance upon our first entry. The "front desk" buttons on the phone weren't programmed and there was no information in the room on how to contact them. The internet was pretty shoddy in the bedroom area, but worked adequately in the living/dining area. There is no alarm clock or telephone in the bedroom area.

If you book a cab through the hotel they use their own, dedicated service which seems to cost about twice as much.

In sum, the room was a great deal, and I think we got what we paid for. But, "luxury" residence may be a bit of an oversell.

Room Tip: Courtyard rooms didn't have street noise, but noise could be heard from other guests open window...

Excellent value for money, very good location, easy access to parking (underground, around $18 euro/day) and very quiet and clean, nice comfortable bed/bedding.

Staff was helpful, responded emails asking to confirm the parking and late check-in and accommodated our request for a room change from a noisier part of the hotel still under construction.

The New York Cafe restaurant in the adjacent hotel around the corner was somewhat pricey but with great food. Goulash soup was awesome.

Suite felt a bit impersonal and cold, Ikea room display like but would not consider that a terrible issue.

Room Tip: Seems that at the time some parts of the hotel are still under construction so ask for a room away f...
