Bufe here does not mean buffet. The place is more of a fastfood joint.
Don't expect a proper chinese restaurant.
Portion was big. Taste was not bad but not extraordinary either.
For about 4 euro one could get a menu of rice/noodle and one dish.
Interior was unspiring (see my photo). It is not a place where one would feel like lingering for a good meal and conversation with one's partner/guests.
Service: Self service - you go to the counter to order and when you are done, you put the tray away.
However, the breaking point for me was when my partner said he saw a (dead) bug on the floor. On the way out I decided to see if he really saw a bug. And yes, not far from where we were sitting earlier having our meal, near the window, there it was. A cockroach. Mind you, it was not completely dead because I saw his legs moving on the air.
My photo is not exactly sharp because I did not use flash but you can clearly see that it is a bug.
