“The exquisiteness of Art Nouveau”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2015 NEW

Read about the Gresham Palace and made a point of going to see it. It's just such a wonderful example of the beauty that can be Art Nouveau. The entrance, the balustrades, the detail above the lifts indicating which floor the lift is on, the metal grilles at the entrance. Worth taking ten minutes to go and have a deco! Or better have a drink or meal there.

“Magnificent !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2015 NEW

Amazing building ( art decco ). Admire the beauty of the lobby and go for a coffee ! Having a drink gives you the opportunity to visit this beauty and better, if you have the money reserve a room in this amazing 4 seasons hotel.

“Stopped in Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2015 NEW

Very elegant --- fitting for Four Seasons. We dropped in for lunch while headed for the Castle. Saw the high ratings and didn't notice it was a Four Seasons. High expectations met.

“Early twentieth century architecture at its best”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2015 NEW

This is a very beautiful building in the extension of the Chain Bridge with a nice facade symmetry and harmony. The lobby has a glass ceiling and Jugendstil style elements are plentiful. Must see !

“Beautiful and Luxurious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2015

We recently stayed at the Gresham Palace for a long weekend, it is a beautiful building that has been sensitively restored and worth visiting for a meal or a drink even if you are staying elsewhere. As with all hotels in this chain the room prices are eye watering, but for that you get excellent service and attention to detail, our room, a junior suite, was very big with a stunning picture window overlooking the little park at the front and the chain bridge. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good and not too expensive. The only downside is that it does not really have any outside space except a small strip of tables at the front on a busy road, so you might want to enjoy your evening drinks on the terrace at the Intercontinental.
