Nightmare, the food sucks, lots of things forgotten, no ability to put all the food on the table, deep fozen fish, no clue how to make a calzone pizza, try to avoid this place

“The worst so far”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2012 via mobile

My girlfriend and i ate here at lunch. We ordered a starter to split (some kind of eggplant cream with various vegetables) and two pizzas, one with gorgonzola and speck, the other with porcini mushrooms and speck. The starter wasn't bad but considering its price it wasn't much nor had a satisfying taste. The worst thing came with pizzas: there was not even a hint of speck or porcini, they served a normal champignon mushrooms and raw ham pizza and we weren't able to discover if there really was some gorgonzola on my pizza. It was cold and despite every other restaurants had turned on the heater, they preferred to keep ours turned off. The service wasn't bad but we didn't like them trying to cheat on us with the pizza thing.

“Food ok, could of cooked it faster myself tho”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2012

This was the worst restaurant for service and for problems. We waited at least 55mins for a main course, yes 55 mins, if I was at home in Ireland, I would of left after 30mins, and not paid for the drinks, it was shocking amount of time to wait.

Then the duck came out, was over cooked, so very tough to eat, the fish however was lovely, but again the amount of time from ordering to putting it in front of us was way too long. You kinda feel trapped on a foreign holiday, so we stuck it out, we ordered another round of drinks, we'd to remind them twice about them. They had forgotten, and I wont lie, we were only 2 out of 16 other people in the restaurant. Was the worst dining experience of the whole trip.

Now, any positives, my duck was ok, dry, hard to eat, but the rest good, so can't take that from the food, the fish my friend had, he was happy, tho maybe we were just happy to have the food in front of us. The two waitresses, friendly, and only 1 of the 2 forgot the drinks orders. Lights off at 12am, no chance to enjoy the last of your drinks. So did not go back for the whole time after.

The worst thing is the service charge on this strip is added on the bill, if you can speak the lingo or happy to have an argument and get no where, then try say your not paying, we were tourists, so again if back at home, would of not tipped them, and complained. There are plenty of other lovely restaurants to choose from, don't go here.

“It was ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2012 via mobile

This restaurant is located in an area full of similar restaurant with the same kind of offer. We selected it since something in the menu was interesting. At the beginning the service was slow then was ok. My wife had a wiener schnitzel (price 2990 fht) and I had a chicken breast filled with dried tomatoes, mozzarella and rucola (1990 fht). In both the case you had to pay extra the side dish. The wiener schnitzel was too dry while I got normal tomatoes in place of the dry one. Price-quality relationship was at the bottom ok.

“Not great... not good...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2012 via mobile

Actually quite tasteless... pizza, which took about 45 minutes, was dry, the tomatosauce was... eh... where? And cheese? Never heard of.
The waiters were kind but never there when you need one.
Asked for the menu for desert but never got it so we paid too much for what we got... and left. Not again.
