“Good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2014

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was very clean and nice. Buffet breakfast with not much variety. We easily noticed that pastry, sausages and bread were not fresh.. Sausage one day was boiled and the next day was in the buffet again, but fried thia time. Same products in the buffet fir couple of days. Same thing with pastry: from the day before. Not very nice. Reception staff informed gently. Taking any of the express buses right outside the hotel you can reach the city centre in 3-4 minutes. Excellent!!

We liked the hotel, although the district area is very loud cause of the railway station near by.
The city construction there seems has no end, but it didn't disturb us while sleeping. The breakfast was great. I should admit that personnel is very helpful! Be careful with parking near by: for minor fouls they immediately put lockers on your wheels!

We had a nice stay, the location of the hotel is really good, close to the metro and train station, with bakery, shops and restaurants close by. Rooms were really clean with comfortable beds and the wifi works good throughout the whole hotel. Breakfast was decent, only a bit crowded, but the hotel was full. The only negative thing was parking as we were told in the email that we can park the car in the garage, which was full at the end for the first night. If you will park on the street be careful because you will get the globe after 10 minutes when your parking ticket will expire. Overall we had really nice stay in Budapest and I would recommend the stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located near railway station Keleti. I agree with other reviews about clenliness, free wi-fi access in all hotel for your own devices or laptop disponible at hotel lobby.

I needed an extra bed for my child, in room there was enough space for it.

Breakfast at your own choice, better to go before 9.00 am, later little crowded.

At check in we received an envelope full of city maps and programs, we also booked a sightseeing tour at the reception. Very easy to reach the city centre with railway (5 min - 3 stations Metro Red line)

Room Tip: All rooms are good, better choose a room on lower floors. They had some issues with the elevators, o...

Location is quite far from the city although close to one of the main train stations. Not very convenient if you are planning on sight seeing. There are no nice places to eat in the area, only fast food.
There was a lot of street noise and the blinds (that were broken) didn't cover the whole window letting in quite a lot of light.
The hotel breakfast was possibly the worst I have experienced. It was cold every day and a very strange selection of food.
Our room was cleaned to a very poor standard and each day we stayed our dirty towels were taken and not replaced. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day.
Staff are friendly and helpful and the building is quite modern but this hotel was very over priced for the quality.

Dear Valued Guest!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience here at Royal Park Boutique Hotel following your recent stay. I am delighted that you overall enjoyed the hotel facilities and the room you have stayed in. Of course I am very disappointed that you had to wait short queue in the morning for the breakfast, but unfortunatly our breakfast room is not huge, so I would like to apologise for this.

I would very much welcome the opportunity to meet you in person on your next stay. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly when planning your next visit.

The hotel is located near the railway station Keleti, making it convenient for travel. Metro Red Line, for 5 minutes will take you into the city center.
The hotel is clean, room cleaning takes place every day.
In the hotel lobby free internet and printer. Breakfast is varied and tasty. In our desire to put an extra bed room. The staff is accommodating and friendly.
No view from the window, but there is no noise, because windows overlook the courtyard.
We liked it. Thank you.

Room Tip: situated near the station, if you have large suitcases, this hotel is just what you need
