“Nice rooms, best breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

We stayed here just after the opening of the hotel. Nice rooms, very new (duh) and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with ample choices. Location is ok, close to transportation but a bit far from the old side of town. Staff was a bit reserved, but nice.

Recently came back from a 3 night stay at this hotel and was quite pleased with it. It is in a good central location on the Pest side and roughly 15 mins walk to the Danube, though a metro journey would be quicker. The metro stop is a couple of minutes away and the tram stop is just outside the hotel. Quite a few eating options nearby and a large supermarket nearby which was handy for some emergency purchases.
The rooms are nice, well maintained and decently large sized. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. Another plus point was the breakfast being served till 11:00 AM which works well if you are on a relaxing holiday!! The breakfast buffet was really good as well.
We had booked a taxi from the hotel to catch an early morning flight back and it was waiting for us when we arrived downstairs to check-out.

Absolutely no complaints and would stay again...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large for europe and the bedding and furniture new and modern. However, the #1 kudo on my list, never heard hallway or adjoining room noise and rarely heard outside/street noise. The hotel's central location was a big plus and I felt safe while walking in the area at night. The hotel's complimentary map was helpful and accurate. The restaurant was very, very good. We enjoyed the prompt, courteous wait staff for dinner and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Something for everyone. The food was at a great temperature and nothing looked sketchy. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Room Tip: request a high floor

This Hotel is located at Central Blaha Crcle just near the Blaha Metro station and trams number 4 and 6. It is the city center and the metro can get you easily to any locaton whitin minutes (there are 24-48-72 hours tickets). I found 3 Supermarkets just a min walking and a small shopping mall in the same building (H&M, Yves Roches, Perfumes and Toys). The room size was OK, it was clean and new, In the room there is a fridge and TV and the bed was comfortable.
The stuff was very helpful and always nice but the information they have was limited so you have to do some homework before getting there. The only problem I found was that the food quality on breakfast wasn't so good.

We've Decided to take a short trip to Budapest on the last minute. The travel agent recommended a dill that included a flight and hotel for tree nights, it semis to us to cheap and we were afraid to take it, but since we trust this travel agent we took it. I mast tell you that this was one of the best vacation experiences ever. The hotel is nicely located not far from the very city center, it is very clean, NEW beds, Big Deluxe rooms and very fast service unlike many other places in Budapest...

ı had a chance to stay there when it was brand new. The rooms and everything was very clean but because it was new the service and the staff were unexperienced. No one seemed to know what was going on . Apart from that everything was ok. It is located not very central but still you can walk to the downtown area in 15-20 minutes. There is a park nearby and it didnt seem safe during late hours. ı was also told that it was close to the bars & clubs .

Located on the Pest side. Stayed here for business but saw quite a bit of tourists staying here too. great breakfast, service, style and design. You will get great value for money here. It's in the city center but a 15-20 min walk to the river. However the trolley stops right outside of the hotel and it's easy to call a taxi from the lobby. About a 10 min walk to the renowned New York Cafe. The bathroom products were nothing special so bring your shampoo, etc if you are fussy. But if you forget something there is a supermarket and mall connected to the hotel. Overall great stay and would come here again.
